Join Catriona and friends in Edinburgh this August playing music from her debut solo album 'Hert'. Featuring a band of nine musicians, ‘Hert’ draws influence from Scottish folk, jazz, pop and Western art music.

Scottish violinist and composer Catriona Price creates cross-genre music, with a focus on making change through cultural exchange and artistic innovation. She is half of the contemporary duo Twelfth Day, a member of folk band Fara, Co-Artistic Director of string ensemble Thirteen North, and Artistic Director of Routes to Roots - an organisation creating intercultural collaborations to connect communities. Her debut solo album Hert was released to critical acclaim in 2023 with a launch at Celtic Connections and a sold out show at Edinburgh International Festival.
